spss is ruining my life! (way to be, es lab...)

what's worse than wandering the halls of kanbar at 5:30 in the morning trying to refocus while writing a lab report that never ends? realizing there are numerous little cameras on the ceiling. :-) i think security must think i'm a verifiable nut, twirling and jumping up and down as i often do at times like this. oy vey!

11 days till chicago, and i couldn't be more excited. still a bit terrified of how things are going to get done, but i'm slowly sinking into the "it'll get done, if you can only stay awake" mode. whee!

i'm glad to say i have company in kanbar this morning - there are 4 of us, actually. and i know all of them. does that say something about who i'm friends with? hehe naw... anywho the news is that i'm alive and enjoying the rainy seattle winter ish weather as best i can, considering it's may. c'est la vie.

in other news, i'm avoiding my room because both nugget and hal are sick with something resembling the plague. eek. must stay away from that one.

11 days till i take of j's futon, abduct peanut, rediscover the glories of museums and art galleries, and cook for as many nerdy chicago kids as will let me!!! i can't wait!

(after that 5 minute mental break, visit to the futuristic utopia of daydreams... back to the lab. gah!)
